Ladera Patisserie is a family business.

Chef Fateha Id boubrik, the founder, named her company after the Ladera neighborhood in Portola Valley in California. Ladera community and surroundings inspired her, and supported her to make this home company grow into a promising business.

Chef Fateha graduated in Pastry Art from the renowned Lenotre Culinary School created by Gaston Lenotre in France. 

She worked with some of the best Pastry chefs in the world such as Pierre Herme, Philippe Conticini, Christophe Felder, and some Meilleurs Ouvriers de France and World Championship Pastry Chefs : Philippe Rigollot, Thierry Atlan.
